Overview
Large heat area, constant stirring
The ZPG rotary rake dryer dries materials shaped like slurry, paste, grain, powder and fibre. The drive uses a column gear reducer, the drive shaft is thick solid stainless steel, and the rake teeth are high strength stainless steel.
Two or four impact rods can be added inside the shell for high speed drying and smashing.
Heat
Steam, heat conducting oil or hot water heats the jacket.
Stir
The rake keeps the material circulating, so heat spreads evenly.
Vacuum
Under vacuum, moisture is pulled out at low temperature.
