Overview
Continuous drying on a mesh belt
The DW mesh belt dryer is through-flow continuous drying equipment. It dries flakes, strips and granular material with good permeability, and suits dehydrated vegetables, Chinese medicine tablets and other material with high water content and high temperature.
It dries quickly, has high evaporation intensity and gives good product quality. It can also dry filter cake paste that has been pelletized or made into sticks.
Feed
A feeder spreads the material evenly on the mesh belt.
Dry
Hot air passes through the material on the belt, from the bottom up or from the top down, and carries the moisture away.
Collect
The belt moves slowly and the dried product falls into the collector.

Specifications
Choose by belt width and length
On all models the material thickness is 10 to 80 mm, the operating temperature is 50 to 140 ℃ and the vapor pressure is 0.2 to 0.8 MPa. The mesh belt is usually 12 to 60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh.

01What does the mesh belt dryer dry?
Flakes, strips and granular material with good permeability, such as dehydrated vegetables and Chinese medicine tablets. It can also dry filter cake paste that is pelletized or made into sticks.
02How does the material move?
A feeder spreads it on a stainless steel mesh belt that moves slowly through the dryer. Dried product falls into a collector.
03How is the material heated?
Each unit circulates its own hot air through the belt. The heat source can be steam, thermal oil, electricity, or a coal or oil hot air furnace.
04Can I change the drying time?
Yes. The belt speed, air volume, temperature and feeding speed can all be adjusted.
05How many units can it have?
The number of units can be chosen as needed. The standard models have 4, 5 or 10 units.
