A real granulation line, from wet mixing to finished granules.
One line for granulation
The line has a mixer, a rotary granulator and a vibrating fluid bed dryer, linked by belt conveyors.
The mixer blends powder and liquid in proportion. The wet mix goes to the rotary granulator, which makes 2–5 mm granules, and a belt conveyor carries them to the dryer for the finished granules.
From wet mix to dry granules
