Overview
A closed air loop, even in every tray
The CT-C hot air tray dryer uses a low noise, thermally stable axial flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The whole air system is enclosed, which lifts heat efficiency from 3 to 7 percent on a traditional tray dryer to 35 to 45 percent. The highest is 50 percent.
It is the most commonly used convection chamber dryer.
Load
Trays of wet material are stacked on trolleys, and the trolleys are rolled into the chamber.
Circulate
The fan draws air through the heater. An air distributor spreads hot air evenly across every tray layer.
Unload
Most damp air returns to the fan and part is exhausted. When drying ends, open the door and pull out the trolleys.

Robust chamber, GMP design
The chamber is fully welded and mirror polished.

A special air distributor keeps airflow even across every tray layer. The temperature difference is under ±2 °C.

Most hot air circulates inside the insulated chamber. Only part is exhausted, and the amount is adjustable.

01How does the dryer work?
A fan draws air through a heater and an air distributor sends hot air evenly across each tray layer. Most of the air circulates, and part is exhausted.
02How even is the temperature?
The temperature difference inside the chamber is less than ±2 °C.
03How efficient is it?
Heat efficiency is 35 to 45 percent, and up to 50 percent. A traditional tray dryer reaches 3 to 7 percent.
