Overview
Vibration moves it, hot air dries it
The ZG vibrating fluid bed dryer suits pharmaceutical, chemical, food and construction material plants. It dries tablets and granule, boric acid, monosodium glutamate, edible sugar, salt, beans, seeds and similar material.
Material enters at the feed port. Vibration throws it along the bed while hot air rises through the fluid bed and exchanges heat.
Feed
Material enters the machine from the feed port.
Dry
Vibration moves the material forward continuously, and hot air passes up through the bed.
Discharge
A cyclone separator removes the damp air at the exhaust. Dry material leaves through the discharge port.
