Overview
Mix and dry in one rotating tank
The SZG low temperature double cone mixing dryer combines home and overseas technology. It has a belt and chain two-stage elastic drive and a low centre of gravity, so it runs smoothly.
The heating medium and vacuum system use a reliable mechanical seal or rotating joint, which avoids the leaks common with ordinary packing seals.
Load
Charge the double cone tank. Loading volume is about half of the tank volume.
Heat and turn
The tank rotates at 3 to 13 r/min while the jacket heats the material indirectly under vacuum.
Recover
The process can recover solvent. Discharge when dry.

Rotary speed is 3 to 13 r/min, tank inner pressure is -0.09 to 0.15 MPa, clip set pressure is ≤0.3 MPa on all models. The rotary height of SZG-200 and the total volume of SZG-6000 need confirmation.

01What does the double cone dryer do?
It mixes and dries material in a rotating tank under vacuum with indirect heating.
02What temperature does it work at?
Biochemical products and mineral raw material dry at 20 to 160 °C. Inner temperature is up to 85 °C and jacket up to 140 °C.

Thermal efficiency is more than 2 times higher than a general oven.
