Overview
Compact, screen controlled
The WF universal grinder crushes dry material straight into powder. Fineness is set by replacing screens of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120 mesh.
It takes up little floor space compared with a splitting machine. It has no dust collector and no cyclone discharge, so it cannot work continuously and suits small capacity processing.
Impact
The toothed disc rotating knife and the fixed knife crush the material by impact and shear.
Airflow
Strong airflow made by the crushing carries the heat and the finished product out through the screen.
Capture
Crushed material goes into the capture bag by centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered by a bag filter box.

01Can it run continuously?
No. It has no dust collector and no cyclone discharge, so it suits small capacity processing.
02What can it grind?
Oily and sugary material such as cooked soybean, chickpea, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, curry, ginger, rice and tea.
03How do I change the fineness?
Replace the screen. Sizes are 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mesh.
04Can I cool it?
Yes. The bearing and the grinding chamber each have a water cooling jacket.
05Can I add dust collection?
Yes. It can match a general dust absorption system or a pulse dust absorption system.
