Overview
A spice mill for oil and fibre
The MMJ hammer mill has four parts: main engine, auxiliary engine, dust collector and electric cabinet. It crushes spices with 10 to 20 percent oil, oily material and fibrous material.
It is mainly used for cumin, caraway seed, pepper, cardamom, dried apple and similar material.
Crush
The fixed disc and the moving hammer work against each other, and the material is crushed by impact in the machine cavity.
Collect
Centrifugal force sends the crushed material into the collecting bag.
Filter
The cloth bag filters dust, and the vacuum box recovers it.

Features
Colour and aroma kept
The mill is designed to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel.

- 04
No flying dust
Fully enclosed with a dust collector, so there is no flying dust during production.
- 05
Low centre of gravity
The internally mounted motor lowers the centre of gravity and the noise.
- 06
Continuous production
Fineness follows the screen, and production can run continuously.

Questions
Before you order
01Can it grind oily spices?
Yes. It crushes spices with 10 to 20 percent oil, plus oily and fibrous material.
02Will the spices change colour?
No. The colour and odour of the spices do not change during processing.
03Why do fibres not block the screen?
The hammer type blade cuts fibres effectively, so fibres do not block the sieve.
04How do I change the fineness?
Change the screen. Sizes are 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mesh.
05How is dust handled?
The dust is filtered by a cloth bag and recovered by the vacuum box, so there is no flying dust.
