Overview
Small batches, fast trials
The MF universal grinder crushes dry material into powder directly. It is the smallest machine in the universal grinder range and suits small capacity work.
Fineness depends on the screen you fit: 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120 mesh.
Feed
Dry material goes in through the feed port.
Crush
The toothed disc rotating knife and the fixed knife crush by impact and shear.
Discharge
The finished powder leaves through the screen and is caught in the bag.

01Who is the MF grinder for?
Small capacity work, trials and small batches. MF-180 handles 5 to 20 kg/h.
02Can it run continuously?
It has no dust collector and no cyclone discharge, so it suits small capacity processing.
03How do I change the fineness?
Replace the screen. Sizes are 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mesh.
04What is it made of?
