Overview
Faster discharge, 20 to 30 percent more output
The MXG impulsive suction grinder is one of our most recommended grinders. Its dust collect area is larger, the air volume is larger, and discharge is faster. The crushing effect is better than a compact crusher.
An ordinary crusher relies on fans to discharge powder. The MXG has a turbine that speeds up powder discharge and increases air volume.
Crush
The toothed disc rotating knife and the fixed knife crush by impact and shear.
Suction
The turbine accelerates the discharge of powder from the chamber.
Collect
Material enters the capture bag by centrifugal force. A bag filter box recycles the dust.

01What makes the MXG different?
A turbine speeds up the discharge of powder from the crushing chamber and raises air volume. Output is 20 to 30 percent higher than a regular crusher.
02How big is the dust collection?
The dust collect area is larger, the air volume is larger and discharge is faster than on a compact crusher.
03Is the powder heated?
The crushed material is discharged at room temperature, which keeps the material cells intact.
04How do I change the fineness?
Change the screen, 20 to 120 mesh.
05Which model should I pick?
