Overview
Press, crush, sift
The GK dry granulator suits material that fears damp and heat. A screw feeder pushes powder between two vertically arranged rollers on cantilever shafts. The pressed sheet is crushed and sifted in two levels.
The machine is closed. A PLC with touch screen is optional.
Feed
A vertical screw feeder pushes powder into the rollers.
Compact
Two rollers press it into a sheet under set pressure.
Sift
The sheet is crushed and sifted in two levels. Fines return.
