Overview
Powder moves by vacuum
The ZKS vacuum feeder uses a vacuum pump to draw air, so the inlet of the suction nozzle and the whole system are under vacuum. Powder particles are sucked into the nozzle with the outside air, pass through the suction pipe and reach the hopper.
The separated material then enters the receiving equipment. Loading and discharging are done by a pneumatic three-way valve that opens and closes continuously, controlled from the control panel.
Suck
The vacuum pump draws powder and air into the suction nozzle and up the pipe.
Separate
Powder separates from the air in the hopper.
Discharge
The pneumatic three-way valve opens and the powder drops into the receiving equipment.

Clean, automatic feeding
Compressed air cleans the filter on every discharge.

Choose by feeding capacity
Capacity is the maximum output, measured at a conveying distance of 5 m with powder. The longer the distance, the lower the capacity, and it also depends on the material. ZKS-10-6 is rated at a 10 m conveying distance and ZKS-20-5 at 20 m.

01How does the vacuum loader work?
A vacuum pump draws air through the suction nozzle. Powder travels with the air to the hopper, then a pneumatic three-way valve discharges it into the receiving equipment.
02How does it keep the filter clear?
A pulse of compressed air blows the filter on every discharge.
03How does it know when to stop?
A level controller stops feeding when the receiving hopper is full and restarts it when the level drops.
04What compressed air does it need?
Clean, dry compressed air at a working pressure of 0.4 to 0.6 MPa.
05Why is the capacity lower on a long run?
The listed capacity is the maximum, measured at 5 m. The longer the distance, the lower the capacity.
