Overview
Rolling, coating and polishing
The BY coating machine is mainly used for sugar coating and film coating of traditional Chinese medicine pills and tablets in the pharmaceutical industry. It can also roll, mix and polish round or granular material in the food, light industry and chemical industries.
A motor turns the pan through a triangular belt and a worm gear. Under centrifugal force the material rolls and rubs up and down in the pan, which gives the coating, pill making and polishing effect.

01What does the coating machine coat?

02How does it work?
A motor turns the pan through a triangular belt and worm gear. Centrifugal force makes the material roll and rub up and down in the pan.
03How much does one batch hold?
From 1 kg on BY200 up to 300–400 kg on BY1500.
04Can it polish?
Yes. Rolling and polishing are part of what the machine does, for example chocolate polishing.
05Can I add a spray system?
Yes. A spray system with a spray gun and liquid tank can be fitted to the coating machine.
