Bottom weighing for bucket filling
The MJ-1C3 semi-automatic powder filling machine doses and fills powdery and granular materials such as milk powder, feed powder, rice flour, coffee powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, dextrose, pharmaceuticals and powder additives.
It has bottom weighing and suits bucket filling. It suits materials with different flow characteristics, depending on their properties and filling requirements.
Feed
Powder or granules go into the hopper. An agitator keeps them feeding into the auger.

A servo-driven auger doses the material, with weight feedback.
