Overview
Auger filling for mid size bags
The MJ-1B3+50W semi-automatic powder filling machine fills powdery and granular materials such as milk powder, feed powder, rice flour, coffee powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, glucose and solid medicines.
It has dust collection, an adjustable working table and recipe memory for different materials and target weights.
Feed
Powder or granules go into the hopper. An agitator keeps them feeding into the auger.
Fill
A servo-driven auger doses the material, with weight feedback.
Pack
The filled weight goes into the bag, bottle or container.
